The Shoulder & Elbow IEP Fellows’ & Young Surgeons’ Conference is an interactive educational program designed to provide attendees with practical knowledge, clinical insights, and professional guidance as they transition into independent practice. The conference features expert faculty, case-based discussions, labs, and structured industry interaction to help attendees strengthen both their clinical expertise and their understanding of the broader healthcare environment. As part of the program, participants spend dedicated time with each sponsor—typically at least ten minutes—to explore new products, technologies, and innovations within their portfolios and gain insight into the tools shaping modern clinical practice.
