Location: Bayshore 2-3

Setup:
Friday 4:00 PM- 10:00 PM
Saturday 6:00 AM- 9:30 AM (all booths must be set by 9:30 AM)

Industry Breakout:
The exhibit hall will be live only during the 2 industry breakout sessions on Saturday. Fellows and Young Surgeons will be rotating around the hall and by the end of the last session you will have met with all attendees.

Industry Breakout 1: 10:00 AM- 11:00 AM
Industry Breakout 2: 3:55 PM- 5:00 PM

​Tear Down:
after the second breakout session on Saturday (5:00 PM) until 10:00 PM​​​​​

Open 24hrs​ | Services: Computer and internet access, Printing services, and Photocopier/fax

Note: there is no FedEx on site but there is one in walkable distance from the hotel
