Inbound Shipping:  Shoulder and Elbow IEP event coordinators will send authorization forms beforehand to get payment in order.

Conference shipments should arrive within (5) days prior to the course due to storage

​

Box deliveries will be assessed a handling fee determined by weight.

Outbound Shipping:  any boxes
to be shipped out of the hotel must be properly packaged and labeled with shipping address, return address
and method of payment on your departure date. You will be able to package, pre-label your boxes, and leave at your booth as long as the hotel has payment on file.​​
