Exhibit Hall Info

The exhibit hall is located in the Summit Ballroom E on the 4th floor.

Storage: Platform B also on 4th floor- See map below

Setup:

Friday: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturday: 6:00 AM - 9:30 AM

Power: You will receive a standard power drop to your booth. Any additional AV needs will need to be ordered through Royal Productions (see AV Section Below).

Exhibit Breakout 2 - 4:00 PM - 4:50 PM

Teardown:

Saturday: 4:50 - 8:00 PM

AV Needs:

Your booth will come with a standard power drop. All other additional AV needs can be ordered through Royal Productions- Austin Millet @ 504-430-2323

Shipping

Packages being shipped to the property must follow the address label standards to prevent package routing delays.

Inbound Shipping: Shoulder and Elbow IEP event coordinators will send the authorization forms beforehand to get payment in order.

Conference shipments should arrive within (5) days prior to the course due to storage.

Box deliveries will be assessed a handling fee determined by weight.

Outbound Shipping: Any boxes to be shipped out of the hotel must be properly packaged and labeled with shipping address, return address,
and method of payment on your departure date. You will be able to package, pre-label your boxes, and leave at your booth as long as the hotel has payment on file.
